As the cost of care skyrockets and the debate over who will pay the bad guy, one must ask, “Where to put the patient on the future of health care?” On the fringe of all the chaos are a handful of organizations and facilities that focus on patient-centered care.
Collaborative patient-centered primary care (PCPCC) was founded in 2006 and is comprised of employers, associations of primary care physicians, health benefits companies, trade associations, and the care industry and related health organizations. Man has invented several things right from the Stone Age. Chief among these different instruments and methods in health and fitness. The various medical equipment and instruments which man has invented over the centuries has helped him to survive and increase its lifespan. How do we define a medical device?

Diagnostic Equipment
These are the most basic forms of medical equipment. Their goal is to identify and determine the medical condition of the patient. They help doctors to rule out or confirm the cause of the pain attached. So they help in determining the class of a particular condition, which helps determine the further course of treatment.
There are many machines and tools used to determine medical condition of a patient. Classification tests were performed to observe the patient’s symptoms.
